The Role: Relief Chef
- Step in to support kitchens when they need you most
- Cover holidays, sickness, or gaps in recruitment
- Work in a wide range of venues, bringing your expertise where it’s needed

What We’re Looking For:
- Honest, reliable chefs with no ego
- Strong background in fresh food kitchens
- Level 2 Food Safety and Allergen Awareness (we can help you get certified)
- Own chef whites, safety shoes, and knives
Where You’ll Work:
- Hotels, pubs, and restaurants (large and small)
- Conference centres and corporate sites
- Private dining and events
