The Role

Working under the direction of an industry-leading Executive Chef, you will be expected to maintain the rigorous standards that have made their Bath flagship a household name.

  • Responsibility for a designated section, ensuring every component meets “Top 3” benchmarks.

  • Working with the finest seasonal produce sourced from the surrounding Wiltshire and Somerset estates.

  • Contributing to the refinement of dishes within a high-pressure, high-reward environment.

  • Upholding a culture of discipline, cleanliness, and constant improvement.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in a 2-3 AA Rosette or Michelin-level kitchen is essential.

  • You must possess a refined palate and a deep understanding of both modern and classical cookery.

  • A chef who thrives on the “theatre” of service and has the stamina for a high-volume, fine-dining environment.

  • Clear, concise, and professional communication skills under pressure.
