The role:

  • Running your section consistently and efficiently
  • Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
  • Assisting with prep, mise en place and stock control
  • Supporting junior chefs and collaborating with the team
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
  • Helping deliver a smooth and professional service

About you:

  • Experience as a Commis or Demi Chef de Partie in a quality fresh food environment
  • A reliable, professional and proactive approach
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • A desire to learn and develop within a high-performing kitchen
  • A positive attitude and pride in producing quality work

The perks and package

  • £34,000 basic
  • Tronc of circa £5000-£6000 PA
  • 48 hours per week
  • Live-in accommodation can be arranged
