The role:
- Running your section consistently and efficiently
- Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
- Assisting with prep, mise en place and stock control
- Supporting junior chefs and collaborating with the team
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
- Helping deliver a smooth and professional service
About you:
- Experience as a Commis or Demi Chef de Partie in a quality fresh food environment
- A reliable, professional and proactive approach
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A desire to learn and develop within a high-performing kitchen
- A positive attitude and pride in producing quality work

- £34,000 basic
- Tronc of circa £5000-£6000 PA
- 48 hours per week
- Live-in accommodation can be arranged
