F&B Supervisor – Lime Hospitality
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our well-established team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside senior management, helping to shape and develop a dynamic F&B team while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support the team to do the same
- Advise on upselling, cross-selling, and add-on sales techniques
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols
- Stay ahead of market trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
About You
- Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor or Team Leader
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on maximizing sales
- Enthusiastic and passionate, with excellent rapport-building skills
- Hospitality or hotel management qualification (ideal but not essential)
