The Role

As Head Chef, you will be the heartbeat of the back-of-house. This is a fast-paced, “sleeves-up” role that requires a balance of culinary flair and sharp commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full P&L accountability for the kitchen—managing GP, labour costs, and wastage to maximize bottom-line profit.

  • Recruit, train, and inspire a large team to maintain high standards during peak service.

  • Delivering high-quality, fresh food consistently, even when the floor is at full capacity.

  • Ensuring absolute gold-standard food safety and health & hygiene ratings.
