Lime Hospitality is looking for passionate and reliable chefs to join our ever-expanding chef team, based out of our Stratford-upon-Avon office.

The Package

The Role
- Providing Sous Chef level support to a busy fast paced hotel
- Supporting the senior management with assisting to lead the kitchen team
- Ensuring all health and safety in followed
- Supporting and mentoring of junior staff.
About You
- Honest, reliable, and team-focused with no ego
- Strong background in fresh food kitchens
- Level 2 Food Safety and Allergen Awareness certificates (we can help you obtain these)
- Own chef whites, safety shoes, and knives
- Able to adapt quickly to different kitchen environments
