Senior Housekeeper – £12.50 – £13.25 Per Hour – Full Time (Including Evenings & Weekends)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Housekeeper to join our hotel team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards, has strong leadership skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervising and supporting the housekeeping team to ensure all rooms and public areas meet hotel standards

Inspecting guest rooms and facilities to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and presentation

Organising daily cleaning schedules and allocating duties to staff

Training new housekeeping team members and maintaining performance standards

Managing linen, cleaning supplies, and stock levels

Reporting maintenance issues and coordinating with the maintenance team

Ensuring all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are followed
What We’re Looking For:

Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel environment (supervisory experience preferred but not essential)

Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness

Strong leadership and team management skills

Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment

Good communication and organisational skills

Flexible to work weekends and holidays when required
