Our client, a highly successful and busy gastro pub located on the scenic outskirts of Bath, is looking for a talented Sous Chef to join their kitchen leadership team.

Requirements
- A strong background that combines gastro pub or fine dining quality with high-volume experience.
- High EQ is essential. You need to be a patient, supportive mentor who can motivate and develop a young brigade.
- Due to the rural location outside Bath, your own transport is required.
