- Salary: £35,000 basic
- Service Charge: £7,000–£9,000 PA (based on last 2 years)
- 4-day working week | 48-hour contract

The role
- Craft and execute dishes that showcase the best local ingredients
- Lead daily mise en place and keep your section ready for success
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Maintain top standards in health, safety, and compliance
About You
- Previous experience as a Sous or Junior Sous in a fresh food kitchen
- A can-do attitude and excellent timekeeping
- Calm, confident leadership with a passion for mentoring
- Rosette experience is a bonus, but not essential
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail
